Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Collab3x mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Collab3x ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By using Collab3X, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws
• You will comply with all applicable laws

Collab3x is designed for adult content creators seeking professional collaboration opportunities. We strictly prohibit use by minors.

3. Description of Service

Collab3x is a professional networking platform that connects adult creators for collaboration opportunities. The App provides:

• Profile creation and discovery tools
• Direct messaging between verified users
• Collaboration listing and management features
• Meeting scheduling functionality
• Identity verification services

IMPORTANT: Collab3x does NOT host, distribute, sell, or facilitate explicit content, sexual services, escort services, prostitution, trafficking, or illegal activity. The App is a networking and safety-verification tool.

Event Badges and Third-Party Events

Collab3x may allow users to show that they are planning to attend third-party events by adding an event badge to their profile or appearing in People Going lists.

Event badges are social profile indicators only. They do not register you with the event organizer, reserve a spot, provide a ticket, guarantee admission, or create any official relationship with the event.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, Collab3x does not host, sponsor, manage, endorse, verify, or control third-party events. You are responsible for checking the official event page, registration requirements, age restrictions, venue policies, and safety information before attending any event.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use Collab3x, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your Apple ID credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account or create multiple accounts

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Solicit or engage in prostitution, escort services, or trafficking
• Distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Engage in human trafficking or exploitation

HARMFUL BEHAVIOR:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited explicit content
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Impersonate another person or entity

PLATFORM ABUSE:

• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Interfere with the App's operation

6. Verification System

Collab3x requires profile review and may use a private verification selfie for account safety. By submitting a verification request, you:

• Consent to having your verification photo reviewed
• Understand that verification confirms identity, not endorsement
• Acknowledge that verification status can be revoked for violations
• Understand that a separate biometric/selfie-screening consent may be required before we use your private selfie for face comparison, registered sex offender screening, periodic rechecks, or account-holder confirmation

Verification does NOT guarantee the safety or trustworthiness of any user. Always exercise caution.

Facial or safety-screening matches do not automatically ban, verify, or reject users. Admin review is required, and users may request a recheck or appeal by contacting privacy@collab3x.com.

7. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to Collab3X. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the App.

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Collab3X and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Safety Features

Collab3x provides safety tools including user blocking, reporting, admin review, verification, and safety-screening workflows. While we strive to maintain a safer platform, we cannot guarantee your safety.

MEETING IN PERSON: If you choose to meet other users in person, do so at your own risk. We recommend meeting in public places and informing others of your plans.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases (EULA)

Collab3x may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases to unlock premium features.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

REFUNDS: All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through their support channels. We do not process refunds independently.

PRICE CHANGES: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified of any price changes in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Any mobile platform payment terms are between you and the applicable app store provider. The app store provider is not responsible for product warranties or claims relating to the App except as required by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be compatible with your device, or be free from errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLAB3X SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages resulting from conduct of other users
• Damages resulting from meetings arranged through the App

12. Account Termination

We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Account Settings within the App. If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting support@collab3x.com and providing proof of account ownership.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
