Delete Your Collab3x Account

Delete In The App

1. Open the Collab3x app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Type DELETE when prompted and confirm.

This deletes your Collab3x account and starts deletion of account data associated with that account.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support from the email address connected to your Collab3x account. Include the subject line Account deletion request.

Data Deleted

• Account profile data, including display name, username, bio, creator preferences, and city/state profile location.
• Public profile photo and private verification selfie.
• Verification records, safety-screening records, and face-comparison records associated with the account, unless limited retention is legally required.
• Push notification tokens and app account identifiers associated with the account.

Data That May Be Kept

Some records may be retained only as needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety investigations, or enforcement of our Terms of Service. Most account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Limited legal or compliance records may be retained for up to 7 years where required.

Delete Some Data Only

You can request deletion or reset of your private verification selfie without deleting your whole account by contacting privacy@collab3x.com. Deleting verification material may require a new verification review before full app access is restored.
