Child Safety Standards
Last Updated: May 28, 2026
Zero-Tolerance Standard
Collab3x is a safety-first collaboration platform for verified 21+ adult content creators. Minors are not allowed to create accounts, use the service, appear in collaboration listings, or participate in app communications.
Collab3x has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, solicitation, sextortion, or any attempt to sexualize, exploit, endanger, or involve a minor.
Any account, message, profile, listing, photo, or other content that appears to involve CSAE or CSAM is prohibited and may result in immediate restriction, removal, preservation of evidence where legally required, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Prevention and Review Controls
- 21+ eligibility: Users must confirm they are at least 21 years old before using Collab3x.
- Profile review: New accounts may be held for admin review before full app access is granted.
- Verification workflow: Collab3x may require a private verification selfie and admin review to confirm account integrity.
- Reporting and blocking: Users can report safety concerns and block other users from contacting them.
- Moderation: Reports and suspicious activity may be reviewed by Collab3x admins and handled according to our Terms of Service.
- No public explicit content hosting: Collab3x is a networking and collaboration tool. It does not host or distribute explicit content galleries.
Reporting CSAE Concerns
Users can report child safety concerns in the app using the available report tools. Reports may include profiles, messages, collaboration listings, or other user activity.
Child safety concerns can also be sent directly to our designated contact:
The designated contact is responsible for receiving child safety concerns and coordinating review, enforcement, and required reporting.
Enforcement and Escalation
When Collab3x identifies or receives a credible report involving CSAE, CSAM, grooming, trafficking, or attempted exploitation of a minor, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Restrict, suspend, or remove the reported account
- Remove prohibited content or prevent further distribution within the app
- Preserve relevant account and report information when legally required
- Report apparent CSAM or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), law enforcement, or other appropriate regional or national authorities where required by law
- Cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement and child safety authorities
Collab3x does not allow users to use the app to contact minors, solicit minors, share CSAM, distribute exploitative material, or coordinate illegal activity.
